Q: Is this radio compatible with steering wheel controls?
A: You may have to purchase a Steering Wheel Control Adapter Module. I am looking into the same thing for myself currently. Something like the one attached.
A: Nothing else is needed I just push the button on my radio when the phone rings and talk. The microphone will be put in the ceiling by the installers. it does well with my iPad as well as my cell phone. I do use my auxiliary where your Bluetooth and listen to Pandora the entire time I love this radio

A: Yes. It streams music perfectly. The track information shows up on the stereo display. Also, if you are connected and NOT streaming audio and you get a phone call, say while listening to FM radio, it'll still ring through and you can answer the call!
