A: If the radio that is currently in your jeep has a CD player on the actual radio it's self and not a separate CD player located in the car somewhere than the answer is yes it will work. However you won't have a way to play CDs anymore. Because this new radio has no CD slot. However it has an aux port, usb port, and Bluetooth.

A: If you left handed it should be no problem. Personally I give all radio duties to the Co-Pilot as well as navigation and environmental controls.
