A: I'd definitely replace, depending on the model your new Acer would have difficulty handling both in terms of cpu/gpu cueing. Have similar machine and the SanDisk 1 TB is lightning fast with a ton of storage but Acer, depending on processor, may not be able to handle it.
Q: Will this work for a late model 2011 Macbook Pro
A: I have it in a 2009 MacBook Pro and it works great
Q: Is this 1tb? Or is the 960gb the size after installments of os and programs? Thank you
A: Your computer will read it as 894GiB.
A: It will work perfectly. Follow instructions for data transfer from old HDD . I recommend a 2.5 in hdd enclosure for maximum ease of cloning. Dave
Q: Will this work in the CyberPowerPC - Desktop. Thank you
A: You will likely need some sort of tray adaptor to mount it, as most PC cases use 3.5 inch drive bays, not 2.5 inch. Other than that, it uses standard Sata power and data connections.
A: If your computer uses the SATA connector for the hard drive it will work. Look at the Apple Icon on the top left of your screen, About This Mac. Then select Advanced, then Hardware. On the left hand side scroll down to SATA/SATA Express. If your hard drive is listed, then this one will work for your computer.
Q: Replacement storage device for Playstation 4
A: My son placed an SSD on the PS4 and it's working fine. The SSD decreases in performance by writing to the drive instead of reading it.
