Q: Light bleed
A: This is somebody who went through the Entire Process of the Light Bleed with this TV. I bought the 65" 900C, the day it came out. I saw the light bleed and I was like No Way! So I returned it and bought the 65" 850C. You can see the Major Difference between the 850C and the 900C. The 850C is Dull as a Rock and the 900C just sparkles with that light bleed. So I was waiting for the 75" 910C, so a few days before It was being released, I went into best buy to ask them if they fixed the light bleed issue with the 75" 910C. They said that they fixed it with the 65" 900C, so I bought the 65" 900C and have been happy ever since. I have had it for over a month now and have been pleased. You do notice the light bleed a little, but now\t like how it was when it first came out!
Q: Is the light bleed taken care of now-I have a 65'' sony being delivered today
A: No I just received mine today. 121115 with a light bleed
Q: How do you deal with the light bleeding issue and can it be fix?
A: Get a new TV, I am returning mine.
A: Because it is android based you should be able to go to google play store and download the app for HBO Go and stream it right from the TV. That's one of the greats features this TV has is the Android operating system.
Q: is this tv active or passive 3d technology?
A: Hi IKF, This Sony XBR-65X900C supports passive 3D. - Jerome
A: Yes and no. Android TV does not currently have a Skype app as of yet. You can sideload Skype App onto the Sony Tv but I have not yet found a compatible camera that works with the 900c.
Q: What is a good wall mount (reliability & affordability) for this tv?
A: The TV comes with a wall mount in the box. You don't have to buy one. It uses a custom mounting kit.
Q: How do you access the Opera wed browser?
A: This TV doesn't use opera. it is android based, so it will uses google. If you hit the home button on the remote and scroll through the apps you will see the google app which will allow you to search websites. This is all assuming that you have hooked the tv to the internet via wireless network. Surf safe.
