Q: Some Envy 750-124 reviews report wake up and shut down problems.
A: Simple, defective pc, take it back, this machine is amazing if you know how to set it up and get the settings correctly it WILL work perfectly, but if you can't turn it 'on' or "off' it's defective.
Q: Where is the CD drive located?
A: Good question. The CD drive is on the front of the desktop behind the vertical silver portion. It is kept hidden. I hope this helps.
Q: what graphics card does this pc have and can I upgrade to a different brand of graphics card?
A: It doesn't have a graphics card. It has on board graphics (Intel HD Graphics 530). I installed a new card in the PCI-Express slot and am gaming in 4K!! (will probably need to replace the stock power supply)

A: The wireless uses radio waves, not optical like a remote so it will work just fine under the desk.

A: I just purchased this computer and I am glad I had a monitor with an HDMI port because,This computer only has the capabilities of connecting to a monitor by HDMI port and cable.
Q: SSD
A: Doesn't come with one. The first thing I did when I got mine was purchase Acronis True Image and clone the 2TB drive to a 480gb SSD. Makes it blazing fast.
A: not sure if its 10" but I put a gtx 970 and it works fine just have to get a new power supply
