Q: How long does it take to charge 100%
A: Usually less than 2 hours - usually averages 1 1/2 hours. Battery life lasts about 6 - 7 hours with continuous use but can last longer if not broadcasting/playing anything.
Q: Just got one for Xmas and have no idea how to hook it up to my phone.
A: You have to hold the power button down until the LED indicator alternates between flashing red and blue. Then go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone to find devices. Not sure where the mic is but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably on the power/volume control.
Q: Is it good at noise cancellation?
A: Yes, it has good noise cancellation, heres some of the things it can: People yapping in the background Television noise Gaming noise Cooking noise Outside noises Sounds of rain, thunder, etc Babies crying/dog barks If in the car, you wont hear a thing, assuming the radio in the car is not on full blast Clapping sounds, etc. Basically anything you can think of that would go on in a normal day, but anything like a radio, television on full blast or like at a concert, or anything really loud out of the ordinary, it will not cancel out.
Q: how can you adjust the length of the headphone?
A: No, the actual cord itself is a single piece, however there is a small plastic clip provided so that you can feed the hanging wire into so that it doesn't just hang. It's hard to explain but if you've ever seen a bucket hat? One that has the string that hangs down below each ear, some have a small ball attached to the bottom allowing you to tighten the cord to fit snug under the chin. If you can picture that, you can do the same with this cord with the provided small plastic clip.
A: This product is not water resistant or waterproof.
Q: how long does the battery usually last?
A: Roughly 5 1/2 to 6 hours
A: It's probably still the rechargeable battery. The charger may work, but batteries may not hold charge. I have never had a Bluetooth headset or earpiece last more than 2 years. :(

A: Yes. I have the iPhone XR and they work great.
