Q: can the dryer be vented to the side or just the back
A: I have the elbow that came with dryer installed so that it can be vented to the side.
Q: If my home has a 220V outlet, will this work?
A: Yes it will work.
A: That's funny! Mine says "towels" though. I would by it even if it was misspelled. It's a great machine.

A: It might be that the small plastic water tank that is located inside the top left drawer in the dryer, used for the steaming cycles, has been placed backwards. Make sure that the exit plug is pointing towards the dryer when refilling it and putting it in place, and see if this solves the issue.

A: It has a container that goes into a small drawer in the outside of the dryer. You fill the small container.
Q: Is this Dryer need power source 240V ? how can I use it with 110V ?
A: yes, the power is 240VAC. i recently moved, had to change my "three-prong" plug to a "four-prong" plug. it was simple, took about five minutes.
