Wrong battery

Unfortunately this is my second attempt to try to get a battery through Best Buy. There needs to be better screening to find the right battery for the right product through the website. Fortunately I was able to find the battery I need online through a website that had a more rigorous screening process. Prior to purchasing the battery from Best Buy I had no idea that there were so many different HP Envy 17 models. A disclaimer would had been helpful prior to purchase.

Delivery was quick, but geek squad was uncooperative. Said they could not install because they did not know where it came from. Then they said it would have to be sent out. I was hoping to have it done the same day
