DJI Osmo Action 4 Review I’ve been running the DJI Osmo Action 4 on my off-road and outdoor trips, and I’m honestly really impressed with it. Bought the Action 4 after running the Hero 11, I have to say, the video quality is better for Off-Road UTV’s, less fish eye in the videos, the batteries run longer, the quick charger with the bundle is a must have. I can run batteries back to back and run an entire day of riding just using the 3 bay charger plugged into my Utv. Touch screen on both sides is fantastic, best feature is the magnetic mount, so easy to switch from different mounts. Definitely a great set up for action outdoors. I’ve made some amazing videos already, highly recommend this camera, dji has really made it easy to make professional videos and photos.

Straight out of the box, it's pretty much grab and go. The camera itself is robust, handling both the knocks and splashes of outdoor life without a hitch. The quality of the footage is where this little beast truly shines, offering up to 4K resolution at 60fps, which means your videos look crisp and professional. The Rocksteady stabilization feature is a real good and I mean GOOD, keeping footage smooth as silk no matter how bumpy the ride gets. I particularly love the intuitive user interface. It’s got a well designed touch screen that’s straightforward to navigate, even for a tech newbie. The camera’s quick switch (QS) button allows you to hop between modes effortlessly, which is perfect when you’re in the thick of the action and need to adapt quickly. Battery life is good but not great. I’ve used it for prolonged shooting sessions and it keeps ticking without constant recharges, thanks to the decently sized battery. Plus, with the option to use it as a webcam, it’s also found a permanent spot on my desk for those endless video calls, serving dual duty when I’m not out and about. I really like the colors, the quality of the videos, and how easy it is to mount and unmount from the stick. The battery seems to run out faster than I hoped, but it’s nice that the bundle comes with 3 batteries! Also, I wish I could zoom in more when i’m recording my son. The camera lense is more to record yourself than another person, and the purpose of my purchase is mainly to record my kids skiing.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to comment on products from other manufacturers so I won't give the exact model I'm comparing with, but it's a very recent top of the line model by the direct competition. Let's just say that even though the video and still resolutions are lower (4K video, 10MP stills, vs. 5.3K and 27MP), the actual fidelity and dynamic range of the videos and images are simply better in the Action 4 with more real detail (See attached screenshot). The overall usage is also better with a more convenient attachment system, front touch screen, less fiddly menu system, more flush and portable triple battery case when carrying extras, better battery life and the list goes on. This is a very polished and well thought of product. Buy it and enjoy using it!

Awesome action cam better than go pro. Video quality is excellent and excellent low light performance. Rock steady keeps your adventures stabilized. Action bundle is worth the price of admission. Also been using this thing as my web cam.

Purchased this before an international trip and it's been of great use since. This bundle comes with the camera, two magnetic mounts, 2 extra batteries with a charging case and the extendable rod. Picked up a travel case and extra accessories on Amazon which makes this super neat for travel use! Pictures and video quality is great - we paired it with a 512GB SD card which we still haven't filled up yet :) Touch screen is very responsive and having the ability to set it up with a phone for extra features is great. Excited for each travel we have with this small but mighty action camera.

This is my second DJI Osmo Action. I had the first one and that was great, but this new version is even better. Great quality photos and videos for any content creation you are into whether for hobby or career. The magnetic clip to the rod is a great improvement and easy to maneuver on the screens.

Great upgrade from the original osmo action camera I use it on the motorcycle and for shooting videos of my dogs. Very easy to operate and videos are crystal clear.

Got this action camera to replace a gopro 8 and can say that this brand offers more. Love that this package comes with two extra batteries, charger case, and the selfy stick. What I like the most about it is the ability to change it from one mount to another in seconds. Battery is super easy to charge without having to remove it from the cage. If you are thinking on making the switch from gopro i say go for it. You won't regret it
