I bought 5 of these to use for my home theater I put in my basement. Each stud bay they are installed in has sealed to become essentially a large sealed speaker box of ~2.5 cuFT. I’m driving them with an Onkyo RX30 and they sound wonderful. I would note one item that I find to be a bit lame is the bezel/grille solution KEF uses. The bezels are thick and the grille slots into the bezel which feels flimsy and delicate. The speakers also don’t mount perfectly flush against the drywall. They form a gap behind them which is quite annoying for a person installing them in a custom finish whose very detail oriented. Klipsch in-wall speakers have MUCH better grill systems. The bezel and grille are one single piece that snaps onto the magnets on the speaker. The Klipsch bezel is actually super thin, and much more premium feeling and looking. Overall, these speakers SOUND great, but the mounting and finish system is pretty mid in 2026.

I purchased 2 of them for my garage. The so coming out is so fantastic and the look of it slim and slick. The quality is bult well and the sound is top notch. I was so lucky to find them and a pair. I sure my Best Buy store.

Really nice speakers, will fit in the wall and look good doing it too
