Pros: Long battery life; comfortable; very versatile for use with phone and/or computer. Picks up very little background noise. Cons: The price; size is twice that of a normal blutooth.

The ad says you can get a 300 foot range so I bought this to use with our household phone system, so we could roam freely while using a headset. The problem is that this device uses Bluetooth with the home system, so you get the usual limited Bluetooth range (~30-40 feet). The longer distances are only available if you use the included dongle on your PC, for applications like Google Chat. So if you need a Bluetooth headset, save some money and get one of the cheaper ones. If you use Google Chat or other VOIP setup that uses your computer to make the calls, then this will work great for those applications where you want/need a greater range.

This is the first blue-tooth headset that I've been able to use where I don't have to yell for people to hear me. The microphone comes all the way down to my mouth, enabling me to talk in a normal tone of voice. I can even whisper and the person on the other end of the line can hear me as well as if I were using just the phone and no headset. The sound quality is great and the charge time is pretty good (not recommended for all-day talking). I love the charging stand! The only disappointment I've experienced is that if you're more than 10 feet away from the phone, you start to hear static. The range is supposed to be 30 feet. It might stay connected for 30 feet, but you certainly couldn't have a conversation past 15 feet. I don't know if this is the fault of the headset or of the phone, though. All in all, I love this headset!

It was a very good product. was real clear when talking on it . It was just a little bit to long for me. I kept hitting it. But I am going to buy another Panasonic just a little shorter. The reviews on the Panasonics are very good.
