I'll be honest - I bought this case based on the price, not the color itself. But I actually really like the gray because it looks similar to the actual case color. It's great protection for the outside of my laptop. Something that does bug me is how challenging the case can be to remove - but that also makes me feel more secure in knowing it won't just fall of my laptop.

Not a whole lot of protection and once you have it on it is difficult to remove. I do like that fact that is has feet on the bottom but feel it is a bit overpriced for the quality.

This case does exactly as it advertises. It keeps your MacBook protected from scratches, and the little feet on the bottom help keep it sturdy and in place while working.

Awesome case for MacBook Air. Sleek fitting and does not add bulk or weight to the laptop. Would definitely recommend!

It protects the computer up to some degree. Comes off easily at times.

This is a great protective case for my MacBook Air. I chose the color because it was on sale, but was so pleasantly surprised when I received it. It is more of a light pink than purple, and I was wanting pink to begin with. It's definitely on the feminine side, which made it perfect for me!

This case definitely keeps my computer from getting scratched up and it actually looks nice too. I like how it snaps on quickly and you don't have to worry about it coming off, unless you bang it against something, then maybe one of the covers will snap off.

this is a great case for the macbook air 11",I thought I would have to special order or wait on it to be shipped to the store but, it was right there.Snaps in to place and very sturdy it does add a little weight.

Speck is a great brand. I love that the case is protective, and looks great on my mac! Love the brand as well.

I bought this as extra protection for my clumsy nephew who has destroyed two iphones. Since he's in college and taking his laptop to classes, I didnt want that to happen to his laptop. Its light weight, fits snug, and doesnt take away from the look of the computer.

This case is designed for the 11 inch MacBook air but it doesn't fit it well at all. It's extremely difficult to snap it on and then once on, the front of the MacBook, where you open it, the case doesn't securely snap on. So you are left with a portion of the case not snapped on which is annoying. Once I realized this I decided it wasn't worth my $55 and that I was returning it. Well, trying to get it off was a whole nother issue. I seriously thought it would break. Thankfully it didn't. I'm returning it this weekend as I am very unhappy with it. And, I can't even purchase this size case in stores which is silly.
