A: Yes. It has light function. You only touch the screen and will light up! Also has a " Night " option that keeps the light on for the entire workout.

A: HR is built into the watch, you just need to have it positioned correctly and tight enough to get an accurate reading. As you track your workouts and sync to your phone it will show you calories burned.
