Q: How do I get the low rinse to turn off?

A: Fill rinse aid dispenser. It is a warning light that your rinse aid is nearing empty or is empty.

Q: Can this model be set to wash less than three hours? It's says : set 3-6-9 hrs. It's time and energy consuming.

A: The complete cycle takes about 75 minutes. I think you are looking at the delayed start settings. No dishwasher would run for 9 hours!

Q: dish washing soap

A: Depends on your water. If you have soft water, use powdered detergent and use half as much, as soft water causes excessive foaming. Otherwise, those detergent packets/pods are good but they tend to get stuck in the dispenser. So I just put them in the silverware baskets and have no issues. And use ONLY JetDry rinse agent - everything else will make your dishwasher look like one of those foam parties.

Q: Does it run quietly?

A: Through all cycles of operation, the machine makes very little noise. It seems to be well insulated from noise. This machine is much more quiet than my older Whirlpool. The model we have is the DW80F600UTS.

Q: Is there an error code a technician needs to reset every year?

A: Buy a dif brand! Samsung makes great phones and tv's however the same quality is not in dishwasher

Q: I had a Samsung dishwasher installed two weeks ago and it has had a bad/rotten odor since the first use. Has anybody experienced this problem?

A: Thanks for the question. Since the parts that go into making the Dishwasher have virtually no odor themselves, I would suggest following the procedures recommended in the manual for deodorizing the DW80F600UTS, but also checking installation to ensure the drain hose is routed in such a way as to prevent backwash of dirty water back into the tub. For the drain to operate properly, the dishwasher should be installed within 9.8 ft of the sink. Pages 18-19 of the full Installation Guide (which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website) detail installing the drain hose with or without an air gap; either way, be sure the middle section of the hose is elevated at least 30" above the floor, and at a higher level than the connection to the drain pipe to prevent backwash. To remove the odor that's already present, run a Sanitize cycle, following instructions on pages 20-21 of the User Manual. It's also a good idea to wipe down the interior walls, doors and the especially the sides and bottom edge of the door where it seals since this area isn't reached during the dishwasher cycle. I hope these suggestions help to remove the odor and prevent it from recurring. - Ms. Samsung

Q: CLIPS

A: I believe the clips you're referring to can be used to hold items like plastic cups in place. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung

Q: Repair

A: they have a phone number (800) 726-7864, but good luck, they aren't responsive and you can't get support. It is obvious they are just reading off a canned list of replies and can't schedule a repair person.
