Q: I have 2 wall mounts and none of the screws fit the back of tv,anyone else have this issue?
A: You need to get M8 screws. I had the same problem and called Samsung. They told me to get M4 but they were wrong as I bought them and they were too small. I found in the TV manual it requires M8 screws. These are metric so be sure to get that kind. When you install them they may not fit through your mount holes. My son had to drill mine a little larger. Also you need to use the black round spacers that came with the TV as the screws don't screw in all the way. I realized this after finally getting it mounted and couldn't figure out why the screws were sticking out. I hope this helps. It was a hassle to get this TV mounted but I am very pleased with the TV itself.
Q: What are the outside dimensions of the TV itself? I need to know if it will fit in my cabinet.
A: I believe it is 29 1/4" wide, 18 1/4" high and with the feet (stand) it is about 7" deep. The TV itself is about 3 1/4" deep with the plug.
Q: Can the feet be positioned differently?
A: No, the feet can only be attached near the outside edges of the base. But, you might consider wall mounting as this is a very light TV.
Q: WiFi?
A: This product is not a smart tv. There are no apps and no wifi. I wouldn't blame BestBuy for that though. It doesn't have WiFi no matter where you buy it.
Q: can i use my roku to stream netflix
A: Yes...you plug your Roku into your TV via HDMI and the Roku manages the WiFi connection.
Q: is there a slot for cd/dvd on tv?
A: If you are inquiring about the plug, yes. There are inputs for at least 2 hdmi cables so you can connect cable/dish and a dvd/blu ray.
A: The tuner is capable of receiving analog NTSC, digital ATSC and clear QAM. Whether you need a "digital receiver" depends on the format your cable system is using to transmit channels. Most of the time, you will need a cable box to receive anything other than broadcast channels.
Q: Does this TV work with a cable card?
A: No. The only types of input are composite video, left/right audio jacks (the right & white looking ones), HDMI, and coaxial cable. it supports optical audio out I believe.
