A: Did you remove the shipping hardware from the back? 4 large bolts must be removed as stated in the manual.
A: I've been told that the plastic does not dissolve completely and clogs up the drains resulting in costly repairs.

A: Quick wash is I think pretty close to 25 mins, and normal about 40 mins, and heavy is about an hour.
Q: Could I stack my old Duet Sport Dryer on top of this?
A: Yes. We stacked out Duet dryer on top of this Samsung dryer. The washer is larger but that is not a problem. You will have to buy the Samsung stacking kit as the Duet kit will not work.
