Q: What is the difference between the UN40KU6300FXZA, and the UN40MU6300FXZA TV? I can't see any difference in the specifications.

A: Hi Wildbill, the UN40KU6300FXZA is the 2016 series, and the UN40MU6300FXZA is the 2017 series. ^Rosi

Q: does this model have HDR?

A: Hi Henry, this TV does have 4K HDR Pro. ^Rosi

Q: Does this TV have HD Premium? I'm looking to purchase this TV to go with my PS4 Pro. I hear HD Premium is Samsung's version of HD 10.

A: I think this tv has their version of HD. The following are the specifications for this model from another site. Hope this helps! 3840 x 2160 Resolution/ 4K Color Drive/ 4K HDR Pro/ Essential Black Pro/ Motion Rate 120/ UHD Upscaling/ Quad-Core Processor/ Full Web Browser/ Screen Mirroring/ Built-In Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth/ Dolby Digital Plus/ DTS. A: Yes, it works fine with Cox Cable remote and another programmable remote that I have.

Q: Looking to purchase a TV. May wait for better sale. Wondering if this TV sold at lower price?

A: I bet this is the right time to buy it. I think it is now 20% below the original price. Some stores I went to have already sold out this particular brand. I would suggest to buy it before they run out or be discontinued.

Q: what is the difference between hdr pro and regular hdr?

A: I went to this link and both appears to be a split mirror image of each other for most features. The website (http://www.displayspecifications.com/en/) link below gives a side by side comparison: http://www.displayspecifications.com/en/comparison/d05f1b642 I was told by the BestBuy audio tech that HDR is simulated in theUN40KU6300FXZA model which is more that 2 years old now, and while the UN40MU6300FXZA model is full HDR. In addtion the UN40MU6300FXZA seems to have more premium audio sound capacity. Hope this help you in making a good purchase decision.

Q: I like this TV but have audio question. I raise volume level into the 70's range but still not loud enough. Is there a way I can resolve this issue? Or is there a manufacturer's defect?

A: I had the same problem. In the Sound settings you have a choice of 3 or 4 options. I’m not looking at the tv right now, but they are something like loud, standard and mmaximize. We changed it from standard to maximize or something along those lines and that completely solved the problem.
