A: We had the same problem but it was no shipping to our area in CA. We ended up going into our local Best Buy and having them order it for us. This is a discontinued item so quantity was limited. It was shipped from an OH warehouse. Hope that info helps.

A: Yes, this model supports HDMI-CEC with other Samsung products. When devices connected to the TV are powered on, the TV will also power on (Such as Blu-Ray players, and so forth). When the TV is turned off, the Blu-Ray will turn off - but just turning off the Blu-Ray may not necessarily mean the TV will turn off.
