A: The battery is removable.
Q: Sprint.com shows Note 4 is to be 5.0 lollipop and Bestbuy says kitkat 4.4.4
A: Simply because other than Sprint, most carriers haven't rolled it out yet and stock with the phone is KitKat. On the Sprint model, it will update automatically as soon as you check for a firmware update. Has nothing to do with Bestbuy
Q: Water proof
A: It will not be waterproof. I don't know if Samsung ever planned to make it waterproof, but I'd imagine the S-Pen port would make that really difficult to accomplish.
Q: preorder
A: You can, just go into the store and tell them, it's $50 to pre-order and they give you a $50 gift card.
Q: About the 200$ trade in promo?
A: No that's not how it works. They ring up the phone at $299 and then add taxes which would be around $30.00. So the total will then come to around $330 at check out they apply the $200 gift card so you are only left paying $130. They do this because you have to pay taxes on the full $299. If they just discounted the phone to $99 you would only pay $110 and someone will be left paying the other $20 taxes
A: Yes, it is available to pre-order it. They will be at the store on 10/17.
Q: Does this phone have WiFi? I didn't see it in the specs.
A: yes it does have wifi, most modern mobile phones come with it as a standard feature
A: If you are asking if you can use the Best Buy insurance in lieu of Sprint's insurance than the answer is yes. I have used the Best Buy insurance for several years as it has been much better than that offered by Sprint. Unfortunately Best Buy changed their insurance to be more like that of Sprint and getting a replacement phone now has a deductible of $150, and it does not cover if your phone is lost of stolen which Sprints does.
