Q: Are all the racks plastic coated metal or solid hard plastic?

A: The very top rack, the Flex Tray, is completely plastic with a plastic foldable tray that sits atop it that your silverware/whatever goes on. All of the other racks are coated metal. When I say coated, they have a very durable paint-like coating, not like a plastic or rubber coating. The Flex Tray and bottom rack are on normal rollers, while the center rack is on stainless steel ball bearings (so it rolls in and out incredibly quickly and smoothly). Hope this helps.

Q: is this dishwasher panel ready or fully integrated

A: Thanks for your interest in Samsung's new Chef Collection DW80H9970US Dishwasher with the innovative WaterWall Technology. This model is semi-integrated with the controls located on the top edge of the door. However, the sleek, stainless steel exterior is not designed to accept a panel. - Ms. Samsung

Q: I purchased this 5 months ago and installer never installed to side cabinets so the dishwasher tiltls forward when I open it. I cannot figure out how to mount this to my side cabinets since I have granite countertops. Please tell me how to do so. Thanks

A: In the instructions you received you can see how the dishwasher can be secured with provided screws and brackets on the sides of the cabinets within which is installed. You have to open door and remove round plastic tabs that cover screw holes used to make dishwasher water tight. It sis best to predrill screw holes once locations are marked with a pencil. You can than more easily tighten 4 screw and brackets, two at each side, and place back plastic tabs you have previously removed. Be sure not to drop any screws in dishwasher tub. You should logon to Samsung to download installation manual. Also you may find installation videos on Youtube. Since all existing conditions are different you should really decide as to which instructions are most suitable to your case. It took me less than an hour to secure my dishwasher.
