Q: Will this still work if I have a rubber case on my iPhone 6 Plus?
A: Yes it should. You have a couple options. You can attached the plate to the back of the case or place the metal plate inside between the case and the phone.
A: It seems to me you could use it with a flip cover, as long as you're not too particular about the cover hanging down. Just stick the metal plate to the back of the phone/case and leave the flap hanging down. If you didn't want it to hang down, it would probably not be that feasible, as the magnet wouldn't likely stick well through the flap.
A: As long as you hold it flat against the windsheild and aply a little pressure it should hold when you push down the suction lever.
Q: How long is the arm and is it flexible?
A: About 6" long, extremely flexible. I bent mine into an "S" to get my phone exactly where I wanted it on my windshield. If you position it low enough, you can rest the phone on the dash for extra support, plus blocks less of your view. Very solid mount... I use mine to record offloading video clips. Even went airborne once and the phone never came off the mount (just make sure you install properly).
Q: Is the stem between the base and the mounting pad flexible or adjustable?
A: It dose flex but you can not adjust it length
Q: Is this mount compatible with the iPhone 7s and newer iPhones?
A: Yes, this product holds phones, tablets and GPS units.
Q: Once the magnet is on your phone via adhesive does it block wireless charging?
A: I didn't have a problem with it.
