A: It will fit perfectly; however unless you need 500gb I would spend the extra 23$ and buy their pny 240gb ssd. It will greatly improve the speed of your older laptop. To reinstall windows you need an 8gb USB or larger and a working computer. You can download windows 10 directly from Microsoft onto the USB stick.
