Q: We did not even get two months of use out of our Sennheiser wireless headsets. We know they are charged up but nothing happens. What is going on?

A: We've had one of these headsets for 8-10 years--it has not always been treated gently (i.e., it's been stretched and dropped more times than I wish it had been, and we've moved twice), but it still works, along with the transmitter that we bought at the same time. You could try putting regular batteries in, just to make certain there's not a problem with charging. Another possibly dumb idea: Make sure you have the signal tuned in. Ours did stop working for a time, several years ago, and then it started working again and has been fine ever since. It seemed to be a problem with the transmitter. As I recall, we unplugged it and plugged it back in a couple of times, made sure all the connections were secure, and maybe moved it to a different side of the TV stand. Anyway, it started working again, and I'm not really sure why. Probably a loose connection, because I think the problem occurred after we reconnected everything after putting the TV on a new stand. You could try these things, and I hope you have the same luck we did. If not, the Best Buy website says there's a 2 year warranty.

Q: Will these work with a TR120 Charger?

A: Yes, this will work with a TR 120 Charger.

Q: Will these head phones make it easier to hear the dialogue over the music. I can't understand what they are saying

A: they definitely will make the sound and understanding level much better

Q: Do you need to buy a charger separately and if so what is it called

A: Yes you do need a charger but I don't know if it is sold separately. The headphones also come in a kit that includes the charging base which is needed to connect to your audio source. The kit at Best Buy is SKU 4980900

Q: charging 2nd headset RS120

A: I haven't found an alternative. I have only seen the charger come with an actual headset. For my replacement headset, I have to take turns charging it with the other headset. It has worked out fine so far, as I have never had both sets dead at the same time.

Q: Are these headphones also compatible with the Sennheiser HDR 110 charger?

A: check the frequency on both. if they both match up, then maybe they might. alot has to do with non compatable parts not making the connection work. like software. worth a shot checking the frequency of both. and if they do and if you dont mind wasting the money just trying by buying one. if not, then id say get some compatable headphones that are known to work with the Sennheiser. you'd save a few bucks and alot of hastle if you do. remember. quality over price too.

Q: how do i get my wireless rs120 headphones to play on samsung tv?

A: your rca cable from your wirless have to go to the back of your tv in the OUT audio slot. the button setting on the back of your wirless tower needs to be set to TV. then on the headphone there are buttons to scan for the signal, reset, volume and on/off. all in manual for your headphones. good luck.
