A: No, the picture is misleading. A wired keyboard and mouse are included.
Q: Is this slow for surfing the web?? Why is it so cheap?
A: this unit is not slow.....very quick as a matter of fact. Great space saver and the Windows 10 compliments this unit very well. Don't worry that the price is too low....all the units similar to this are being reduced because of new inventory models.
Q: How much is the memory expandable?
A: 4GB is the maximum RAM for this system.
Q: Does this machine have a single 4GB memory stick or is it two 2GB sticks?
A: It is a single 4GB stick.
Q: do you get windows word with this computer?
A: There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365, which includes Word. The program is part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to make a purchase of a product key. You will not need to download any additional software.
Q: Does Photoshop come with it or do you have to buy it?
A: Photoshop is not included with this system.
Q: Can the 500 gig hard drive be replaced with a 500 gig SSD card? Or is that a purchase option?
A: The existing hard drive is a standard 3.5" HDD. A compatible SSD can replace the existing hard drive.

A: Do you mean on screen or through a printer? If it's through your printer, be sure your printer is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system and you have installed the proper drivers on this system.
