A: No, you cannot use this camcorder to perform live-streaming on Facebook Live.
Q: This camera is for youtubers?
A: Yes. But it can be used in many different purposes such as in parties, travelling, or water sports. I use it for vlogs because it's very handy and the quality of vids and pics is awesome.

Q: Would this camera be a good choice to record trailing off road, mounted inside the jeep?
A: Definitely! It's very small and would be easy to mount. It comes with a helmet strap, I think. Either way you can use any 3rd party mounting stuff made for the GoPro or any other camera.
