A: The 52ms lag is the main reason I decided to stick with my Samsung KS9000. I really wanted to get this TV but Im also a gamer and want quick response. The KS9000 is about 20.5 ms with game mode on, and about 124ms out of gaming mode. So I did a test turning game mode off just to see if I would notice the difference and it was a HUGE difference. I tested it playing Fallout 4 and there was a very noticeable delay from my controller inputs to the actual response of the game. Now would I notice a 52ms delay? Probably, but not as much as I did turning game mode off on my KS9000. Hopefully Sony can address this with a firmware update. Because other than that I really love the Sony.
A: You should return to the store you purchased it from and receive free delivery. However, you may need to check the price you were charged; sometimes if the delivery doesn't come off automatically, the sales associate will take it off the purchase of the TV. Again, if not, return to your store. Delivery is only authorized to set-up - connect TV to one device to ensure TV is fully operational. Hope this helps.
A: Hello! The X930D is Active 3D capable, has three times more contrast from Extended Dynamic Range Pro, and it has exclusive technology called the Slim Backlight Drive. Both are excellent for sports but if you are interested in them with deeper black levels and a brighter display, then the X930D is for you!
