Good DVD for beginners
Good way for beginner to learn about a new exercise technique and get an introduction to different culture.

Excellent For Beginners
This is a great DVD for those curious about Tai Chi. I have been using it to determine if I want to take some classes. What is taught in the DVD is easy to learn and difficult to master. There is also an AM routine that is very good and can be done by anyone. I will get plenty usage out of this DVD.
