Touch 1-Cup Coffeemaker: Start your morning right with a fresh, hot cup of coffee from this single-serve coffeemaker. Mild, medium and bold selectors let you make your coffee just the way you like it, and a 90-oz. water tank means fewer refills.
Great option for single brew coffee makers.

Recently purchased the Touch to replace our Kuerig that is no longer working. The Touch brews a great HOT cup of coffee. Love that I can use any k-pack with this machine. Happy with my purchase!

You won't be disappointed

I have been using keurig coffee Brewer for long time, but decided to try something different. I recently got into chemax brewing, which demands correct water volume, certain water temperature, and slower water pouring speed. Touch coffee maker has addressed all three elements mentioned above. The machine is ready to brew within 20 seconds but the brewing time is Somewhat slow, which allows it to consistently brew coffee ground. The brewing temperature is about 2-3 degrees hotter than keurig and that also helps with coffee ground to extract its true taste. What I really like about this machine is that you can use any K-cup pods. The freedom to choose different size pods helps you with controlling the strength or boldness of your coffee.
One downside is that we have a small kitchen counter, but the machine does take up significant space.

Hot / Strong Coffee From A Single-Serve..FINALLY!!
Posted by: JustMy3Kids from: on
I had to replace my "old" single-serve coffee brewer and saw the reviews on this one. I was never happy with my old one, since the coffee was never hot / strong enough for me. The reviews on this one were very good, so I thought I would give it a shot.
One Word: WOW!
Finally, a single-serve coffee maker that gets my coffee hot enough and strong enough. I also like that I can use the coffee that I have already purchased as well. This is the first coffee brewer I would recommend to others..period.

I owned several Keurigs. I had to return their latest version. The k350.
I had to babysit the machine for 3 minutes while it heated up the coffee, then click brew. If I didn't return immediately as the brew was complete, it started heating the next cup.
I really was hesitant when I read how fast this coffee maker was, but I took the chance.
It heats it up in 30 seconds, then automatically brews the coffee. Hotter cup of coffee then the keurigs.
If I dont brew another cup within 30 minutes, the machine shuts off.
Took me about 3 minutes to set up the machine after I received it.
I just had to add 90 ounces of water, add my kcup, and decide how many ounces I want.
I prefer 8 ounces. I tried 6 ounces, was too strong.
I am sure all the new coffeemakers learned from all the shortcomings of the Keurigs. Too bad Keurig didn't listen to all the complaints of their latest k2 machines. That brand has really deteriorated. When I called Keurig customer service to ask why cant the machine automatically start brewing after the water is heated up, like in their older versions, they said that they didn't see a problem in having to come back after 3 minutes to press start, and no problem that the machine starts brewing another cup if you dont shut if off immediately after the cup is brewed

Amazing Coffeemaker better than my old Keurig
Posted by: Tenrosei from: on
I decided to get a new coffee maker when my Keurig had mold on the inside in its water heating chamber (i moved and didn't use the Keurig for 3 months and didn't know that it keeps some water inside of itself.). I didn't trust cleaning it out with vinegar or bleach plus it was 3 years old. I started looking up products when i came across reviews on the touch brand. So after reading some good reviews and going to the store to check it out i decided on a touch t214b. When I brought it home took it out of the box to plug it in and instantly see if it could really brew a cups of coffee in 1 minute like it said. My keurig took 3 minutes from dead cold to brew a cup so i figured that was normal. Man was i wrong this thing brews from being off and cold to a full cup in 1 minute. It also brews a nice hot cup which helps keep my coffee warm while i drive into work. the coffee tastes stronger than on the Keurig which is perfect i love a good full taste in my coffee. I was going to give it 4 stars based on the height of the machine but then i realized its the same height as my old keurig so just make sure you have good cabinet clearance for when it opens. For all your big coffee drinkers like me it holds 90oz of water in the tank so i can make alot of cups of coffee before i have to refill which is nice in the morning. Also, I was worried all my old k cups I bought on amazon wouldn't work in this but they all did. So whoo I didn't have to give away like 100 kcups.

Better than the other "brand"

We wanted a single cup maker that would use anyone's k cups. This does and only heats water when you push the button. My wife uses got water for her tea and I drink coffee. I recommend this to people that want an efficient useful product.

My old Breville coffeemaker died after a few years--I loved the Breville but that model was no longer available. I researched the net for a replacement and found this coffeemaker to have multiple five star reviews at every web site I visited. I had never heard of the brand but on the five star ratings it was getting, I decided to take a chance and buy one. I was not disappointed! It is by far the best coffeemaker I have owned...and I have had a number of them (from cheap ones to expensive $300-$400 range models) as my wife and I love coffee. It brews fast and hot. It has instant heat and does not stay on to maintain heat, saving electricity. Available brew strength and size of cup levels make it even more attractive. It looks very modern and works well with our stainless steel appliances and modern kitchen. I have to think this is the best small appliance purchase I have ever made. Buy it…you will NOT regret it!!

After this Touch I will never buy Keurig again
Posted by: SeattleBiz from: on
I have had 5 Keurig K-Pod coffee makers. They never lasted more than a couple of years. I was upset when Keurig made it so I could only use their k-cup approved pods. This Touch model is fantastic. I can use any pod from anyone. I can get the larger sizes. I especially like the 12 oz. and ability to do 14 oz. cup sizes. I wasn't sure about not having the programing features available, but that doesn't matter. This Touch is faster than the Keurig when it starts. I like not having it on all the time for "X" number of hours. The Touch is great. Turn it on, put the sugar in my cup, put under the spout and within a few seconds the coffee is dispersed. Faster than Keurig starting. My wife loves this cup of coffee, she wants "mild". I choose "strong" in the morning; "medium" the rest of the day. What great options, I don't have to make a smaller or larger cup than I want to get the right strength. When the Keurig dies in my office, I will replace it with this machine. Story - I opened the box & tried it out at my office. Everyone told me to leave it and take the old Keurig instead - yes, it is that good! I think the office Keurig is going to have a premature death.

Touch T214Coffee makes fast, hot, delicious coffee
Posted by: BobR from: on
I was very excited to see that this one cup coffee maker has 5 different sizes to choose from. Once I opened the box and set up the machine, I immediately prepared machine to make a cup of coffee. I filled the HUGE water tank with water. Great that it holds enough to brew several cups before having to refill. I put Kcup in and powered machine on and pressed 10 ounce size as I like a pretty large cup of java. I was pleased that it started brewing much quicker than the Keurig machine at my office. The coffee was much hotter and more flavorful too. The speed of brewing was a huge plus. It warmed up and started brewing in a fraction of the time the Keurig takes. The coffee was nice and hot. I was pleased that any type of kcup works whether store brand or national brand. I STRONGLY recommend TOUCH 214B Coffee maker I purchased over the slow, watered down keurig coffee maker..

Good single-serve coffee
Posted by: CoffeeGuy from: on
I bought this coffee maker after using a friend's single serve maker. This unit comes in slightly more expensive than the entry-level Keurig, but my friend had complaints about the longevity of his machine so I hope this one will last longer.
-fresh, hot coffee on demand
-large water reservoir
-drip tray is removable so I can brew coffee right into my travel mug
-compatible with any brand of K-cup
-Doesn't come with a starter pack of K-cups
-Some status lights would be nice so you could see when it's hating up (though it brews so fast I can't really take a star off for that)
Summary: If it lasts longer than my friend's Keurig, it's money well spent for good, hot coffee.
