A: Yes an optional, removable mic is included. Great voice clarity also.
A: You can't play while they're charging, but you won't have to worry about ever running out of power with these. They seriously last for days and days. I use them all the time while playing PSVR... I don't have to charge them except once a month. Seriously! And I play for hours each day and night.
