A: the phone comes in a stiff paper box with a charger and a tiny pamphlet of information and disclaimers to protect the manufacturer from law suits. It is a nice phone, but fragile. A very nice manual is available on line only as few people actually reads them, so no real need to pay to print a manual. Unless this is your first smartphone, you already know most of what you need, like they break in falls over 12 inches, don't last long as consumers have been trained to demand new and improved ever 12-24 months so quality is not required or desired, don't drop it in the toilet, you do not need to dial 1 before the area code, all calls require the area code, if you carry it in your pocket you will make accidental calls referred to as "butt calls", downloading apps is best done at home over your WiFi as it is faster and no extra charge, the screen, battery and memory will not really support recording a movie to play later unless the phone is plugged into a wall socket later, batteries are not removable as hen the batteries no longer hold a charge in a year or two, the carriers and manufacturers prefer you buy a new phone with an extended contract and not just a new battery, turn off mobile internet when not in actual use or your apps will automatically update continuously using up your battery and data plan, etc. This is a good enough phone. Enjoy! Best Buy has the best prices, better than Verizon stores for the same items. My wife and I have bought all our phones at Best Buy from them the last five years, about eight all together. Best Buy Geek Squad insurance is cheaper and better than Verizon's plan and you will need it.
