A: No they are not, I've worked in the industry for over 10 years, and I can tell you for a fact that the walmarts and SAMs clubs are made more cheaply, ex. Cheaper plastics, and some cheaper components, exact model numbers mean nothing.
A: The legs are 46 3/4" end to end. My tabletop was 45" and I thought I was going to have to buy a new media cabinet. My sister suggested getting a piece of smoked glass for the top of my existing media cabinet. I had one cut at 52" and it's perfect.

Q: What is the refresh rate on this tv?
A: Clear action (motion or similar with some manufacturers) is a software interpolation method that usually doubles the refresh rate, as in this case, to make it apear or seem like it is 240 instead of 120. It depends on the brand whether this works well or not. The Vizio does a decent job. Some TVs you can turn this off and I'm not sure if this TV allows that or not. So to explicitly answer your question, the refresh rate is 120 hz but it appears as if its 240 hz.
