Excellent TV value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up this TV on Black Friday for $999. I hung the TV over the fireplace with a Sanus full motion wall mount and Bose sound system. It looks great in my new house. I have yet to see a better 4K TV bargain for a 65 inch Screen.

Best price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was hands down the best price at the time I purchased it. It a great tv too perfect size where I installed it. Excellent picture too. I have always had good experiences with Vizio brand TV's and I expect this one to be the same. I added a vizio sound bar to it and it looks and sounds great.

Great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is wonderful, the picture quality is fantastic and even sports in 1080 is clear with the 120Hz refresh. Most of my video consumption is through streaming services like Netflix and Amazon and the 802.11ac wireless is a great addition to keep streaming as fast as possible. Content for 4K is getting a lot easier to find, I really like having services like vudu and ultraflix already built into the tv. I considered a Samsung 55" but for the money I had to go with the Visio and so far I'm not disappointed!

Finishing touch to my house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price is what got me. And the size fit perfectly above the fire place and between two windows. The service was quick and fast. The woman who helped me out knew exactly where it was and got it to me. And they also helped load it into my Scion tC

999 - 4k 65 Inch TV - Vizio great brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I tracked this TV on Black Friday it was sold out 10 minutes before it was supposed to go on sale on Thanksgiving around 5pm EST. I randomly saw it available at my local BB while shopping on my phone Black Friday evening. I ordered it and rushed to the store. They got a shipment of like 10 that day. Hopefully people reading this will keep tracking a product they really want and call around instead of settling for "out of stock" Pros - It was 999 for a 65 inch 4k TV ...for the negative reviewers what the heck did people expect?? ( bought a 48 inch led like 6 years ago for 1800!!) Of course its much newer but look how far TV's have come....This is bigger, cheaper, and much higher resolution TV quality is OK, its a huge TV so farther away it is better but 4k promotes itself saying you can still be 4 feet away and it will look decent. - 4K is worth it The Geek Squad from BB installer told me to put on a 4K test video from youtube and OH MY GOD IT IS BEAUTIFUL! If you have this TV or another 4K TV do that. Base jumping, sky diving, snowboarding, under water I have shown this to many family and friends already! - Installer also said that cable does not have 4k compatibility yet only some youtube and Netflix videos/shows does - also the installer was awesome but very pricey but there aren't many options. 199 for video set up and mounting then 99 for mount then 70 for speaker mounts then 70 for in wall video cable hider than another 100-200 for audo/cable concealer so overall it would be like 570 but I complained that the 3 times I called over the phone they were unclear and I asked numerous times to make sure I got everything I wanted and then they come to my house and tell me I need more so be sure to due your due diligence there! There really isn't any cons....If you can install it yourself on the wall or have a friend/family member do it, the TV look awesome on a wall! good price, huge tv, and good brand. I have a Vizio 2.1 sound bar and wireless subwoofer for like 150 bucks and its almost as loud and awesome as my 600 Bose Cinemate systems! This TV is now 1200...the only thing comparative to this was the 65 inch LG but I really wanted Vizio. I am very happy with the TV so far and everyone loves it!

Excellent value online during Black Friday week!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this set online and had it delivered within a week of purchase ----- box was pristine upon delivery ------ TV was on sale for $999 and I was apprehensive based on some reviews of the D series ------- the only real difference between the D and M series is the number of zones (15 vs 32) ------- the picture quality is superb!!! ------ perhaps the reason people were writing bad reviews is that they may have been expecting 4K UHD perfection from all sources and that simply is unrealistic ------- My TV is hooked to a brand new Roku 4 from Best Buy and I am so impressed ------- tremendous value, in my opinion the "Best Buy" of the Holiday Shipping for 2015 -------- this is my third Vizio TV and all are doing well ------- would buy again!

Q: QuestionWhich is the better of these two...the. d65ud2 Or the m65 series?
Asked by Cj.
- A:Answer The M-series is the better TV, The new D-series 4k sets have lower quality panels and only native 60Hz, and half the LED dimming zones. They are basically built from lower quality, from the panel to the outer casing. the upscaling is better on the m-series too. The D-series were built for black friday and the holiday sales. In 2 weeks the 65inch D-series will be $999.99. It's priced high now so they can say LOOK $500 off. It has picture quality of the E-series which really isn't that bad

Q: QuestionHow far in are the legs on the TV?We have a TV stand that we would like to use, but it is close to the length of the TV itself. So i would like to know how far in the legs are in from the sides of the TV.
Asked by Max.
- A:Answer The overall length of the TV is almost 54 inches........the legs are set in approximately 4 inches on each side, so you will need a stand that has a minimum length of 45 inches........the reality is it should be around 48-50 inches to be on the safe side......hope that helps!

Q: QuestionWhy is the refresh rate different than advertised? In the Specs section, it states that the refresh rate is 120 Hz, but on the back of the tv, 4 of the HDMI inputs are 30 Hz and one of them is 60 Hz. Why the difference?
Asked by Travis.
- A:Answer Thank you for inquiring about our product. The specification on the ports is only for the maximum refresh rate at a 4K resolution. This TV has an effective refresh rate of 120Hz at other resolutions. Thanks again and have a great day.

Q: Questiondo any of the hdmi inputs accept 2160p content?do any of the hdmi inputs accept 2160p content?
Asked by pscalare.
- A:Answer All ports I believe accept 4k content. The side port does 4k@60hz, all the others are 4k@30hz.

Q: QuestionWorth the switch from smaller m series?I currently have an M series 55inch and decided we need a bigger tv in our living room. Because of price point I am seriously considering the 65 inch D-series. Is there *that* much difference to justify the price difference between the sets? Also, does this one come with the remote with the full keypad on the back?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer There are three differences that I was able to research between the D and M series 4K UHD Vizios, with the main one being the number of active zones -------- D series has 15 vs the M series which has 32 zones -------- I personally cannot tell the difference between the TV's --------- I purchased the D series 65 inch Vizio for $999 during Black Friday Week online and am very happy with the TV!!
