A: No. That store closed after New Edition broke up
Q: Does this drive have any Operating Systems already on it?
A: No, it comes as an empty drive. If you want an operating system, you need to install it by booting from a "live" DVD, or restore it from a drive of equal or smaller size. If you want a second drive, for data only, install the drive, then use the Windows drive manager user interface to partition and format the drive. If installing from a bootable DVD, the setup program will partition and format the drive for you, then install the operating system on the new partition.
