Q: I'm using window 10. Can I download and install any apps to this external SSD ? like game online, or another program apps. How can I do it ? When I need it, I will plug in and when I don't need it, I will un plug. Could I able to do that. Thank you.

A: This drive is for storage. Your game will need to install on your windows 10 primary drive, but inside the game setup menu you should be able to pick the drive letter where you wish to store your game files. Also if you do not have high speed USB C port and are not planning on traveling with this SSD - purchase a much larger drive at half the price. Hope this helps.

Q: Do I need administrative rights as I do with the WD Passport drives? (WD Passport needs admin rights to drives; I can't use a secure drive if it writes to the HKEY Machine registry, but I can if it only writes to HKEY current User registry only.)

Q: Xbox One X compatibility. Is it possible, and if so how do I need to configure it? The new One X shows an ability to configure hard drives for you, however I would like this for strenuous hard drive dependent games (Skyrim's Mods for example).

A: Yes, this will work with the XB1X. No spebial configuration required. Just plug it in, select that you want to use it for games (will only work with consoles) or for media storage (movies, music, and pictures, and can be used between consoles or computers). I use this with my XB1X dev kit, and it is an absolute champ for quickly loading games.

Q: Can this be used on desktop computers? My 120gb SSD is almost full so I would use this one to expand SSD capacity. My SATA 7200rpm is 1TB with plenty of room. I have USB 3.0 ports available.

A: Yes you can use this on your Desktop no problem.
