A: The fingerprint scan still works. There is a relief or cut out that does not cove the fingerprint recognition area.

A: Although I have not used my iPad outside very much. I like this clear shield much more than the others I have had before on my phones. It does not cause anymore glare than would the screen itself. It is crystal clear and does not smudge like other "smudge free" shields I've used before. Hope this helps!

A: Yes! I'm not sure why you'd ever want to, haha! When you remove them, they come off like a window cling... no residue and your screen looks like it's brand new still. FYI... they have a lifetime guarantee from Zagg... you let them know you need a replacement, and voila... it's in the mail.
