The Viking 7-Series sealed-burner all gas range touts one of the largest oven cavities in the industry with 6 different cooking modes and 6 oven rack positions. The oven is heated with a 30,000 BTU U-shaped burner for maximum coverage in the oven cavity, for faster pre-heat and more even cooking. The oversized infrared Broiler provides intense searing heat for broiling applications.

Elevated Brass Burners: Brass flame ports boast 23,000 BTU's across the front burners. Brass ports don't distort the flame pattern as much as lesser grade materials, like aluminum.
Multiple rear burner output: Rear burners range from one 8,000 BTU and multiple 15,000 BTU burners to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware.
TruGlide Full-Extension oven racks: 48" range models come standard with 3 full-extension racks in the larger oven for safe and easy removal of heavy bakeware. 18" left-hand oven comes with 2 standard tilt-proof oven racks.
