A: Yes. In Photoshop you are able to do that by using the Freehand crop tool or a "set" ratio that has been uploaded by adobe and apply it to the image. You can do the same thing with Premiere Pro as well (instructions will be a little bit different but not by much).
A: Unless you find a hacked version, or a version before 2025, they only have a 3 year subscription now. But it's on a Black Friday special now.
