A: This cable uses an Apple-specific connection standard, it is a lightning cable. Most all non-Apple devices use a USB to micro-USB connector and I suspect the Panasonic DMC-FZ200 uses one as well, especially since the product lists that a USB cable is provided but does not specify the interface standard. I have found that all USB to micro USB cables will charge all devices with a micro USB port, but data transfer may not work on all. That's an old problem since Europe established micro USB as a standard years ago. If I were you, I would go pick up any $1 cable next to the checkout at any convenience store and it would probably work well.
