A: I thought that I had the same problem when I first got mine. The snaps are very strong and hold the tablet quite securely. It is easier to attach when placing the open cover on a hard surface like a table. Align the tablet snap's divets on the cover. You have to press hard directly on the tablet over each snap until it clicks.

Good keyboard/case combo
I recently did a review on the Samsung S2, which I bought this case for. While I was looking at the S2, a salesperson showed me this case/keyboard combo. The price did shock me, so to be frank, if you are only looking for a basic keyboard and case, then this product probably isn't for you. It costs more than some entry level tablets! But, it does have some features that, when combined with the S2, make for a great product. First off, there is the track pad. When using a tablet for productivity reasons, such as word processing or an excel sheet, I have always hated having to touch the screen which takes my hands off of the keyboard. The track pad basically adds mouse capability to the android platform. I don't use it all the time, but when I want it, it's nice to have. It is also very easy to connect and then re-connect. You can connect this up to two devices, and then reconnect with the push of a button. There are two Bluetooth buttons on the keyboard, and depending on which one you pushed to initially sync the device, you can then simply push that same button later on to re-connect. Quick and easy. Battery life has so far been great. I charged it up 2 weeks ago, and haven't had to charge it since with basic normal use. The keyboard can be quickly detached from the cover as it is held magnetically. When I want to start using the tablet as more entertainment (reading, watching movies, etc), I like being able to remove the keyboard and thus reducing the weight of the cover. This cover/keyboard combo weighs quite a bit more than the S2 tablet does, so I like being able to reduce the weight. The one downside, other than price, is attaching the S2 tablet to the cover/keyboard case. There are two set points on the case that fit into two corresponding holes on the back of the S2 tablet. They fit VERY snug, requiring you to push quite hard on the tablet to get them to go in. Make sure that they are aligned or you will scratch the tablet or cause other damage. It was definitely more pressure than I was comfortable with initially. But, I have removed the tablet from the case a couple of times and so far, no breaking. But, it still isn't something that I plan on doing a lot. So, overall, if you are willing to pay a bit more for a case/keyboard combo that provides real functionability, then this is the case for you.

Good cover/keyboard
This is a very good cover/keyboard for those who use their tablets as a laptop replacement. The keyboard is a good size and is easy to connect to the tablet. I ended up exchanging it for a different case because I didn't need a laptop alternative. This case was also too heavy for my needs, and I didn't like taking the keyboard out and risking it getting messed out somehow. Would still recommend it for people wanting a combo case.

Great addition to my Galaxty tab S2
Love the keyboard. The keys have a decent amount of travel and it is easy to get a feel for them when I am typing.. It's a fairly tight keyboard, but you get used to the differences in typing pretty quickly. I like the controls across the top, including the ability to toggle the trackpad on and off via the F10 key. I also like the fact that the keyboard has it's own battery - which seems to last a long time - and the fact that it snaps securely on to the back of the case of the tablet. Easy to use and makes my tablet into the perfect portable laptop.
