If you order a phone along with these digital minutes online. It is Best Buy's practice to send you a phone that does not work (which you can return), but will 100% refuse to refund the digital minutes. This is straight THEFT. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE.

Would have been great if the cashier actually rang it up and activated it correctly as well as the phone that went with it. Had to make two extra trips as they didn't do their job right. Disappointing and inconvenient.

You sell me a phone that never was available to activate because went I pick up the phone at the store they never scan the activation barcode I comeback to tha store to get the barcode scan and still don’t work so I throw the phone in the garbage

Very suprising!! How this service can be survived? They don’t know how to activate the phone and line if it is purchased via bestbuy. Keep having me go to bestbuy store even I bought this bestbuy online shop.
