I did a large purchase all was going well until the day before delivery. I get a to cancel my delivery because the additional grate had not bern received for the stove. I said no please deliver the stove now and the grate later. My range hood did not fit and now I cant get the sales person to reorder a different model.

Awesome, would recommend to anyone that needs one.
