I have never seen such bad quality control of a product. I received 2 damaged microwaves straight from the factory. The first microwave have scratches inside the door, and front inside trimming. I sent it back, and reordered from another company, and the microwave came bowed on the side and a huge scratch through the finish on the door. Will have to send this one back as well. Now I am stuck trying to choose another brand of microwave. Too bad because I really liked it's functionality. I got 100% unacceptable units on my two try's. Roll the dice, maybe you will get an unblemished one. I'm done.

Does not heat things up as fast as my old cheap microwave. About 30 seconds more for each thing I used it for so far. It also steams up the inside quite a lot. Used the convection function once and it worked but my cabinets above were very hot to the touch.

I like this convection-microwave very much. There is a lot to learn to use the convection function, and the book is hard to understand, that is why a 4 instead of a 5

I love the features and the overall quality of the product.

We've had several microwaves in the past but this one is the best. I was a little bit reluctant to buy it at first because it looks just like any other standard microwave, but I eventually decided to go for it. It looks and performs better in person than in the ads to be honest. I didn't expect it to have plenty of space too.

We're relieved that we're finally replacing our old microwave. The last time we used it, a spark came out of the back. We thought there's gonna be a fire. After that we never used it again. This new one is just fantastic. It's much more advanced in terms of features and style and it goes well with the rest of the fixtures.

Oh wow! I didn't expect to see my mom's gift for me and my partner here on this site. This is where I decided to buy all our appliances since we moved to our new home in Plymouth. I think it's an amazing product. It has all the modes I need for may daily cooking. And it's quite easy to operate.

Can't trust any other brand, or store for that matter, after purchasing this microwave. Not only does it meet all my criteria, but the whole buying process is also incredibly smooth and easy. We got the item just 3 days upon ordering. That's super fast considering we're in a rather distant suburb.

I gave my brother one of these last Christmas and he was overjoyed. Couldn't contain his excitement really. Hugged me a few times. He said it was fantastic. I knew that, that's why I bought it. I have almost the same model at home and it's extremely useful to our family.

Good looking microwave, but it’s just not heating things well on full power. Egg bites I make daily take almost double the recommended time (and the time with old 1100 watt microwave). Frozen broccoli is taking about 50% extra time - still completely frozen. Verified correct installation. Cant imagine having to uninstall this and return it, but here we are.

I recently bought this microwave after our old unit short circuited and broken down for good. I personally chose this because it has sensors that help me cook more accurately. Heat automatically adjusts to provide consistency and improve taste.
