Employees telling people thier warranty’s are no questions asked replacement plans, no mail out service, Best Buy changed them 6months ago behind current owners backs!! THIER managers and supervisors are complete trash? THIER warranty trash best it will be bankrupt in less than 3yrs
Smart choice for smaller, higher dollar items, like the camcorder that was the basis for this purchase. You never know when someone will jostle you or you will lose your grip on the item.
Plus I have Geek Squad for other coverage and have NEVER been disappointed in their service.
Always worth spending a little extra to have the protection when and if you need it. We have had positive experiences in the rare occasions we have had to use the protection on items but the service is always good and having this makes it so easy and no stress if something goes wrong.
