Purchased this warranty for a little over 20% of cost of LG French door Fridge. Fridge went out after 4 years. Called Geek Squad and they sent out a Tech who said it could not be fixed. The next day Geek Squad informed me they were going to semd out another Tech. 2 days later I get a message from warranty company say call them because there note says fridge is not heating and they aren't sure if I actually have an issue. I call them back and get everything straightned out and they say they will schedule someone to come out. Next thing they say is I must live in a very rural area because they have no contracted technicians in my area. I let him know I live in city of Albuquerque with almost 1 million people. He then informs me that they have up to 5 days to call me back to schedule an appointment before they can take action to escalate the issue as an emergency. That means that they have 5 days before they will ensure I will get a call in 24 hours to schedule an appointment that can be 3 days out. That appointment will reveal that the fridge can't be fixed. Then I will go to a Bestbuy store an pick out a replacement that will be delivered 2 days later.
This makes me think I should have made my purchases from a competitor.
