Horrible service

It took forever to get someone out to my house. The repairman came at the wrong times and/or on the wrong days. It was such a problem that they offered me a gift certificate. However, when he finally did make it, he was rude and I cancelled service... It broke again a few weeks later. Will never buy products or service here again

We've had to use it on our stove and refrigerator. They honored it with no problems. They stand behind their protection plan with no hassles. I Highly Recommend getting a protection plan on any high dollar purchase from them.
