This game intertwines the calming and relaxing effects of fishing with the intense sensation of gaming. Most fishing games let you just cruise around a lake with no real rhyme or reason, but Action Bass puts forth goals and objectives you must complete before moving on to another level. You only have three minutes.Play four different modes with five different lures: minnow, popper, pencil, vibration and spinner bait. Complete the first four levels and get a code to unlock new lures. Catch large enough fish to meet the weight requirement. Freely fish in any one of four available areas and hone your fishing skills. Save the fish you catch and place them in an aquarium. If a bit of realism mixed with arcade action is what you are looking for, then Action Bass is worth taking a bite at.
