I was lucky to get him ,he was awesome. He walked me through return,credit and replacement .Frank suggest I purchase a refurbished unit as it’s be gone through. My experience with Frank was fantastic.

I have to keep it plugged in at all times to use it and it takes forever to come up after you turn it on. They only give you 15 days to return it. Not worth my time or money.
