I am only comparing this new iPhone 5c to my previous iPhone 4. The 5c is faster, easier to use, and in general works better on every level. I purchased the 5c expressly because I did not want to mess with the fingerprint mishigass of the 5s. The main reasons I am enjoying this upgrade are: the increased memory capacity (16GB compared to 8GB on my 4), the faster processing speed, and iOS7. All the complaints I've had about iPhones in the past have been addressed in this new operating system. The only drawback I can think of is that on my iPhone 4, I could make a call using the voice activation and it always worked. Siri apparently needs to connect online to a server with inconsistent results, to be generous. Other than that, it's a lovely phone (I got it in green).

My last phone was an iPhone 4, this iPhone is 100 times better. Battery life is awesome, up to two days of use on a single charge. Light and does not feel cheap at all. Very fast and responsive and the LTE coverage is the best I have seen.

Coming from the iPhone 4S, I pretty much knew what to expect with this phone. I enjoy the slightly larger size and the operating system is the same. I don't like how it's so difficult to find a decent case for this. I try to bargain shop, so when I found a iPhone 5 Otter Box (Defender Series) for $15, I was pretty excited. Turns out, however, that the 5c is not compatible with 5/5s cases. It has a case size of it's own. It also seems these sizes are a bit harder to find. Not really a defect in the phone (thought I wish they used uniform case sizes), but something to pay attention to when buying your case.

The 5c is a slam-dunk as far as I'm concerned. Great phone for a great price and.. it's an iPhone. I don't think I'll ever own anything else. The only thing I miss about my old Blackberry is the ease of typing on the keyboard. I could text a lot faster on that phone. Other than that, I'm very impressed with the 5c. Fast enough for multitasking in an office environment, basic gaming, really high quality camera, and the advantages that the iPhone offers in terms of functionality with other Apple products. This phone doesn't feel cheap in any way. In fact I've had a few friends gawk at the price I paid for this thing. I'm glad I got into the iPhone when I did.
