Great handset

I recently took advantage of the great sale price and free shipping to buy some more. My mother fell recently and she was able to reach up and pick up the phone to call for help. We wanted to have more in other locations in the house, so I bought a few additional handsets. These have held up well and I like being able to add on without having to buy a whole new base phone/answering unit. We love the intercom feature because we have a large house and it makes it easy to get in touch with someone on a different floor or other side of the house without yelling.

It consists of one base and two plug in phones. Recently one of the phones went completely dead and it wasn't the battery because everything was still lit. I didn't want to by a whole new base and phones and we wanted the extra phone, so I checked on line with Best Buy and found a replacement. All we had to do is activate it using the base phone and we were back in business. $20 for the replacement vs. $100 to replace the whole thing.........I am a happy camper.

Very functional cordless phone

Since we were already using this exact phone. there was no learning curve with the phone. There was no problem adding a fifth phone to our system, but you must follow the instructions exactly. It is not a "plug and play" process.

I love this add on phone for the set I have!

You can add up to 12 phones with the set I have which is great if you have kids that break your phone and you need to replace it. This phone has the intercom feature so you can call any of the hand set registered with this set.
