Better Chef - Hand Mixer - Black

The mixer mixes well. Has handled thick cookie dough fine. I have used it for about a year now, mainly for cookies, cake, pizza dough, frostings, mashed potatoes. My complaint is that the beaters are shaped so that they are narrower at the base and wider at the top. This causes the food to rise up the beaters( and it does not fall off with the centrifugal force as one would expect or as it had done with straight shaped beaters). It also causes a lot of mess with flour dusting out to the sides and up into the motor. Using a larger bowl may help, but causes food to spread out to the sides and not the center for even mixing. Not serious enough to discontinue use, but messy and inconvenient.

It works just fine. It is small and light weight.

This mixer works very well, especially for the price

Though it has 2 motor but cannot use both blender. Would have been good it you can both
